Here's a second movie charting the interesting ride inland from Cape Town. Away from the 'European' wine lands and out into the drier interior and the first of some decent mountain ranges. (The full story is described in the previous few blog posts.)
I've deliberately made the start of the video appear 'old style' and it transforms later on. Just in case you were wondering. Gotta change things up a bit from time to time, see.
Listen carefully to the drum beat background - it's a form of jazz, played by one of the African chaps at the hostel, Richard Pipe. He's toured the world playing to grand audiences, so I'm very grateful to him for providing me with a soundtrack.

Whilst the internet speeds are good enough I will continue to post movies... but who knows how long that'll last, so let's enjoy what we can! Soon enough I may be limited to photos.
